These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the social media management, affiliate marketing, social media consulting, and website management services (the "Services") provided by Stream Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Application
These Terms apply to all dealings between us and clients in connection with the Services.
2. Scope of Services
The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for the Services will be set out in a separate agreement, quotation, or order confirmed between the parties (the "Individual Agreement").
3. Prohibited Conduct
Clients agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
- Infringe the rights of us or any third party
- Interfere with our operation of the Services
- Engage in any other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate
4. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters. Liability arising from our own conduct will be governed by the applicable Individual Agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through the provision of the Services without the other party's prior consent.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms without prior notice where we consider it necessary.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of a court in Japan designated by us as the court of first instance.
Note: We are incorporated in the Marshall Islands. Governing law and jurisdiction have been set to Japan based on our primary business operations and client base. Please review this if your circumstances change.
